At BikiniBug, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In original condition with all tags and liners attached
In original packaging

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange.

How to Return

We'll provide you with return shipping instructions
Pack your item securely in the original packaging
Ship the item back to us

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
